i'm watching about weight issues, and this idiotic dad is forever telling his daughter she's not pretty and overweight jus cos she's the fattest int he family.
such an insensitive idiot.

i'm gonna leave in about half and hour to send jay off to the airport, and i've got photos to share.
i've sent songs to jay's phone. the invention of bluetooth in lappie's a great one.

training today, then it was to gleneagles.

he's had 2 of that phone belonging to him!!
the first one, was given to jan(his gf) cos her phone was spoilt.
and today he got this phone. in a darker shade.
the first one's silver, this is silvery black.
