i hate the fact that the breathing prob is back.
the weather, horribly hot.

went to school today, handed in some stuff, talked.
training was, hmm, a learning experience.
japan's in about 2-3 weeks time, malaysia open right after that.

wanted to CSI as usual, went out for a lil supper - jap cucumber salad <3
and lucky me, grey's on tonight.

i believe i need to see dr cormac and shwikar soon.
i know he's gonna press on all the points that'll make me feel sour cos he knows i dont stretch.
